Feel Good Fitness is the only gym of its kind in the Fresno and Clovis area called an individual design gym. The idea of individual design is we take the best parts of group fitness training and personal training and combine them without any of the drawbacks of either. Each client is given a plan designed specifically for them to ensure the maximum amount of results while making it as easy as possible for them while doing so.

Our Process

1. Initial Consultation

In our first meeting, we will discuss everything that could be imagined from goals to needs and everything in-between. After that, you’ll be taken through a quick movement screen to find any issues or limitations your coach will need to know about.

2. Personal Sessions

With your initial consult findings, you’ll be taken through a series of personal training sessions where we will ensure your movement technique is perfect and we have a full understanding of everything you need for your finalized plan.

3. Individual Design

Once we are sure you are confident and competent in all your movements you will become a full-time Individual design client from there you will be able to set your schedule however you like and the real success begins!


I give each client recommendations based on their wants/needs/specific situation. After that, we will work together to build long-lasting habits that will lead to consistent success vs short term progress like most diets.

Every program is tailored to the individual’s goal, if you’re concerned about too much muscle to gain your program will simply avoid muscular hypertrophy (growth) and emphasize whatever else you want to focus on.

The gym is open 6 days a week with unlimited access for clients.

Every client is taken through a movement screen and a questionnaire of previous injuries and past history of training. All of this information is taken into account with every program. This ensures working at a safe level for every client.

No matter your goal, from weight loss to sports performance, your program will be designed around what you want and need.

How much weight depends on where you’re starting at, and how fast can differ greatly from person to person but a healthy normal amount is anywhere from 1 – 2lbs per week.

While there is a long-term plan set in place, the plan adapts to each person’s weekly schedule. Once a week you’ll fill out your availability and your plan will fit that.

Most group fitness classes don’t cater to the individual, they are aiming for the average. With Feel Good fitness’s individualized approach every client’s plan is made for them and helps them with their individual differences this ensures they reach their goals.

Every client’s workout is delivered to them through the Truecoach app, so wherever you go your workout can come too.
